Watermelon Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular LMNT flavours.  The box contains 30 Individual Watermelon Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.

 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

watermelon salt !

I decided to give electrolytes a go due to POTS. the sodium content in LMNT is superior to most brands. I can definitely see why this flavour is the most popular - it’s yum!! but it’s expectedly really, really salty.

I personally love the taste of very salty things, but this could be offputting to someone that doesn’t enjoy it. you could always dilute with more water, and it’s much more palatable with ice cold water vs room temp.
dissolves well, you can’t taste the sweetener in it like with some sugar free drinks. definitely will be buying again.

Flavour too sweet

The watermelon flavour is not good all I can taste is stevia which is horrible. I will be sticking to the non flavoured in future

The flavour is a fake watermelon taste almost like candy.
