A delicious way to replace the electrolytes lost from exercising in the Queensland heat. The single serve packets make them easy to transport too. These are my go to electrolytes.

Of all the flavours I've tried, grapefruit is my favourite - it isn't too sweet or salty and is refreshing. I take this almost daily and it is great for extending a fast without losing energy. I've also experienced an afternoon slump and after a glass of water with LMNT in it, I felt so much better within 10 minutes! I highly recommend this product.

Cleanest Ingredients I've Found

LMNT has the cleanest ingredients of any electrolytes I've tried (and I've tried almost all of them). It also has no colouring. I've never understood why they add colour to electrolytes, but this product is clean and tastes great too. Will definitely always repurchase.

Fast service, great product

I've been using LMNT for about a year now after searching around for a good salty drink. I have one packet per day across two large water bottles to keep my low blood pressure in the normal zone (for me). The mixed packet gives you variety but I keep coming back to the Grapefruit. Lytes have provided prompt service from my first order so I keep coming back. :)

The only electrolytes that don't upset my stomach!

Love these electrolytes. Excellent flavours (grapefruit and raspberry are the best!) And they're the only ones I've ever found to not upset my stomach in some capacity. Helped so much through a summer pregnancy and with low blood pressure. Worth the money for sure.
