Grapefruit Salt is a salty, fruity delight, and one of our most popular flavours. The box contains 30 Individual Grapefruit Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.


What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

Great product, tastes great (watermelon, grapefruit), mixed with approx 700ml is the perfect blend for me. Good on the gut, hard to change my mind for another electrolyte beverage. Best flavour ever!!

I have tried the watermelon, raspberry, and grapefruit flavors, and the grapefruit is by far my favorite.

After using Sodi electrolytes for the past year, I recently switched to LMNT, and I’m never going back. LMNT powders are incredibly soluble—unlike almost every other electrolyte powder that requires extensive stirring, these dissolve almost instantly. Just add the powder to your cup, fill it with water, and within 20 seconds, it's fully dissolved. I will be purchasing again.
