Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.
1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium per stick.
Sugar free.
No gluten, no fillers, no artificial ingredients.
Keto, low-carb and paleo friendly.
30 individual stick packs per box.

How to use

Mix one stick with 450–900 mL of water, or with a hot drink such as coffee or cocoa. Adjust the amount of liquid to taste.

Doesn’t agree with my taste buds

Unfortunately I cannot get used to the taste it is awful! I actually felt nauseous after drinking half of a sachet. It might be yummy for other people’s taste buds just not mine.
Delivery was prompt no issues with that.

Love the choc salt LMNT, I have it daily to up my electrolytes on my ketogenic diet. I feels like a bit of a treat, I add a dash of pure cream with the hot water to make it a creamy hot chocolate.

Surprisingly delish..

I wanted a substitute for my morning coffee as the mornings are getting cooler & I'm missing my hot bevo in the mornings..
I took a chance & ordered the chocolate salts without trying the choc sample pack..
WOW, perfect & I mean not too chocolatey, not too salty(in my big(30 OZ (887 ML)) YETI mugs).. set for winter now & so happy with the LMNT products.
I'll also add that the crew at LYTES are AWESOME!

I first thought the idea of chocolate salt/electrolytes was a bit strange but I really love it. I prefer the original chocolate and use this everyday for the gym and sauna.
