Citrus Salt is a salty, tangy delight, and our most popular LMNT flavour.  The box contains 30 Individual Citrus Salt stick packs, perfect for hydration on the go. Just add to your drink bottle and shake. Each stick makes between 450ml-900ml of electrolyte drink.


 

What is LMNT?

LMNT is a tasty electrolyte drink mix formulated to help anyone with their electrolyte needs and perfectly suited to those following a keto, low-carb, or paleo diet. LMNT packs a tasty but powerful punch of three essential electrolytes - sodium (1000mg), potassium (200mg) and magnesium (60mg). With LMNT, hard isn't so hard anymore; you're better hydrated and getting all the electrolyte replenishment you need to power through.

LMNT was developed by Robb Wolf (research biochemist, podcaster, best-selling author and health advocate) with help from Ketogains.

This is a good product that doesn't have the sugar or sweetness of other electrolyte drinks. My wife & I use only one sachet between us in our drink bottles & that is more than enough, so it works out just as cost effective, if not more cost effective of other cheaper products that are loaded with sugar. We have found the Citrus Salt our favourite flavour. And in case you are wondering, the delivery from Lytes is super quick, great service, highly recommend.

These are an absolute must have for anybody who does any form of physical output. The difference between output when I have a sachet vs I don’t is substantial. Well worth the spend if you’re seeking performance
