LMNT Raspberry Salt Electrolyte Powder

A salty, fruity raspberry flavour in single-serve sticks.

About this product

  • Contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium and magnesium.
  • 1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium per stick.
  • Sugar free.
  • No gluten, no fillers, no artificial ingredients.
  • Keto, low-carb and paleo friendly.
  • 30 individual stick packs per box.

How to use

Mix one stick with 450–900 mL of water and shake. Adjust the amount of water to taste.

Always read the label and use only as directed. This product is a food, not a medicine.

As someone who drinks water religiously through the day, I didn’t realise how dehydrated I still felt until I tried the Lytes electrolytes. I feel incredibly hydrated, and more balanced.
